During the morning a group explored Tianjin while another group took the bullet train to Beijing and back! The bullet train reached speeds up to 330km/h and took only 30 minutes each way. In the afternoon we had a "fondue" Chinese style before visiting the "Tianjin Planning Exhibition Hall". This whole building is dedicated to showing the plans for the re-development of this city of 11 million people. We started on the long journey home. Both flights took off on time and we even arrived back 10 minutes early in Glasgow on Saturday 13 March.
