Glencairn iPod
In reading, we have been learning about the Outer Hebrides because our new book, The Santa Maria is set here. We used our ipod touches to look at the maps and find the Outer Hebrides. We had fun doing this because we got to use Google Earth. 8 out of 10 of us found it easier than using an atlas and more handy.

Very good use of your i pod giving you a very visual route, a bit like satellite navigation. Good to see you using the technology to link different aspects of the curriculum eg language work linked to geography, not to mention your little survey.
Good work, cannot wait to see what else you have learned. You see learning can be fun !!
